How to Eat

Enjoy 1 cup daily after breakfast; long-term consumption helps maintain cardiovascular and gut health.

Before eating, stir clockwise 30-50 times with the included stirring stick until the mucilage is stretchy and slightly glossy, fully releasing the active components.

Pairing with warm rice is the classic way; it can also be mixed into whole wheat bread, vegetable salad, okra or yam paste for richer texture.

Add a small amount of Japanese soy sauce, wasabi or chopped scallion for flavor, but avoid eating with high-temperature foods to preserve activity.

Allergen & Precautions

Soy-allergic individuals use with caution: this product is fermented from yellow soybeans; those allergic to soy protein should avoid it.

Anticoagulant users consult a doctor: nattokinase has a certain anticoagulant effect; those taking warfarin or other anticoagulants should consult a physician before consumption.

Not suitable for infants: the digestive system of infants under 3 years old is not fully developed; consumption is not recommended.

White spots on surface are normal: crystalline white spots formed by natto bacteria during fermentation are normal fermentation products and safe to eat.
